Ya-Hub® Consulting and ya-hubconsulting.com (collectively “Ya-Hub® Consulting”) are owned and operated by the Ya-Hub Group (“Ya-Hub Group”).
Ya-Hub Group’s UK company, Ya-Hub Ltd, is based at 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, and is registered in England and Wales under company number 13341434 (VAT No. GB 379 6748 23). The Ya-Hub Group also includes Ya-Hub LLC in the United States, located at 28 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33130 (EIN: 38-4180213), Ya-Hub Paris at 141 Avenue Félix Faure, 75015 Paris, and Ya-Hub Madrid in Spain.
Services providers & Ya-Hub Group
In return for services performed, Ya-Hub Group shall pay the Service Provider the agreed fee as confirmed at the start of the assignment. If the agreed delivery deadline is not respected, unless due to a case of force majeure, Ya-Hub Group reserves the right to apply a penalty. In such cases, the Customer shall pay seventy percent (70%) of the originally agreed fee to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider must remain available to rectify any mistakes within seven (7) days after delivery to remain eligible for payment. Ya-Hub Group may apply a fair discount if the delivered services do not meet quality expectations.
Service Providers are strictly prohibited from contacting Ya-Hub Group’s customers directly unless formally authorized in writing. Payment shall be made one hundred percent (100%) within sixty (60) to ninety (90) days E.O.M. upon receipt of the Service Provider’s invoice and only after Ya-Hub Group has been paid in full by its customer(s). Invoices must be issued within sixty (60) days after completion of work unless otherwise agreed. Late invoices may be delayed at Ya-Hub Group’s discretion.
Invoices will be paid by bank transfer or electronic payment. Purchase Orders (POs) confirm intent to pay but are contingent upon Ya-Hub Group receiving full payment from its customers. By working with Ya-Hub Group, Service Providers accept these payment terms in full.
Force Majeure
Performance of contractual obligations shall be deferred in cases of force majeure, defined as unforeseeable events beyond the control of the affected party that prevent fulfillment of contractual duties. Such cases include, but are not limited to, war, riot, fire, strike, inability to procure supplies, or general transportation stoppage.
The invoking Party must notify the other Party within eight (8) days of the event by registered mail, email with proof of receipt, or equivalent communication. In such cases, the term of the Agreement will be extended accordingly.
Ya-Hub Group and its customers
-Commitment and Confidentiality
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request. All Ya-Hub Group business developers, project managers, and consultants are bound by confidentiality agreements. Ya-Hub Group cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction, loss, or damage arising from the use of its services, regardless of project value.
Once a customer confirms an order, quote, or commercial offer, they acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Delivered works may not be modified without Ya-Hub Group’s consent, though comments or revision requests may be submitted separately.
-Payment Terms
Customers are required to pay Ya-Hub Group by bank transfer or electronic payment upon order confirmation or delivery. Transactions exceeding €500.00 (Ya-Hub Ltd) or US$500.00 (Ya-Hub LLC) will incur a fifty percent (50%) share of transaction fees payable by the Customer. Standard payment terms are one hundred percent (100%) upon order or one hundred percent (100%) upon delivery, with possible extensions of fifteen (15), thirty (30), or sixty (60) days subject to prior written agreement.
Late payments automatically incur a fixed fee of €40.00 (Ya-Hub Ltd) or US$40.00 (Ya-Hub LLC), payable within ten (10) days. Failure to pay late fees will result in the termination of commercial relations. Prices are subject to change without notice, and there are no minimum order requirements.

Ya-Hub® LeadGen, a division of Ya-Hub® Consulting, acts solely as a facilitator in arranging business-to-business (B2B) meetings between clients and third-party organizations. Once a meeting has been arranged and accepted, Ya-Hub® LeadGen bears no responsibility for subsequent discussions, negotiations, or outcomes. -Investor Outreach
Ya-Hub® LeadGen facilitates introductions between startups or companies seeking funding and vetted investors by arranging meetings on behalf of its clients. Ya-Hub® LeadGen is compensated on an hourly basis or other form agreed with the startups or companies for facilitating these introductions. Startups or companies should not pay the investors once discussions begin, and investors are recommended not to charge these companies for introductions or meetings. Ya-Hub® LeadGen does not act as a broker or financial advisor, nor does it provide any guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the intentions, financial capacity, or reliability of introduced investors.
All due diligence, negotiations, and agreements are the sole responsibility of the involved parties, and Ya-Hub® LeadGen’s role concludes once the introduction or meeting has been arranged.
-Startup Outreach
Under the Ya-Hub® LeadGen umbrella, the Startup Outreach service assists investors, venture capital firms, and family offices in identifying and connecting with vetted startups or other types of companies that match their investment thesis and stage. Ya-Hub® LeadGen is compensated on an hourly basis or other form agreed upon with the investors for facilitating these introductions. Investors are recommended not to pay or charge these companies for introductions or meetings. Ya-Hub® LeadGen does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.
All due diligence, negotiations, and agreements are the sole responsibility of the involved parties, and Ya-Hub® LeadGen’s role concludes once the introduction or meeting has been arranged.
-Shared Responsibility and Due Diligence Clause
All parties introduced through Ya-Hub® LeadGen, including startups, investors, and corporations, are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, and legitimacy of the opportunities presented. Ya-Hub® LeadGen acts exclusively as a connector and shall not be held responsible for any business, financial, or legal outcome resulting from these introductions. Each party agrees to perform its own due diligence before entering into any form of agreement or transaction.
